Protector Fitness is the perfect blend of functional training and self-defense. Our program includes conditioning for combatives, Laser Ammo simulated firearms training, and more. Our comprehensive no-nonsense workout guarantees to keep you fit and ready for the real-world.

Functional Training

Functional training is at the core of our program. We focus on exercises that mimic real-life movements and improve your overall physical ability.

Combatives Conditioning

Our combatives conditioning program is designed to improve your strength and endurance for self-defense situations. We use a variety of techniques to simulate real-life scenarios.

Laser Ammo Training

Our Laser Ammo training program is a unique way to practice firearms training without the use of live ammunition. This allows us to create realistic scenarios and improve your accuracy and decision-making skills.

HIIT Workouts

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a great way to burn fat and improve your cardiovascular health. Our program includes a variety of HIIT workouts to keep your body and mind guessing.
